	DoubleTree (Hilton) This is the venue for the Wedding reception, and is also adjacent to Peterhouse Chapel where the service will be held. Formely known as the Cambridge GardenHouse Hotel, this hotel was recently completely refurbished when it was taken over by the Hilton group. The hotel overlooks the river Cam, and has many facilities including a large indoor swimming pool. A number of rooms have been reserved for wedding guests. 	Crowne Plaza Five minutes’ walk from the wedding venue, and next to Cambridge’s main shopping area, this large purpose built hotel is in the very centre of Cambridge. 	The Gonville Hotel (Best Western) About five minutes from the station, and just ten minutes’ walk from the wedding venue, this hotel overlooks Parker’s Piece where the rules of modern football were established. 	The Lensfield Hotel About five minutes’ walk from the wedding venue, this traditional style hotel offers rooms for £65-110 a night including breakfast (prices vary with room size – the smaller rooms can be very small!). 	Travelodge Cambridge Central Very near the station, and 20 minutes’ walk or a short taxi ride from the wedding venue, this modern hotel offers good-sized rooms and a reliable no-frills service at a low price – with most rooms at £55 a night (not including breakfast).
